Horsehead Lake Lodge: Leah and Michael's Magical October Wedding

What a joyous celebration it was at the enchanting Horsehead Lake Lodge as Leah and Michael embarked on their journey of love in a sweet, little wedding overlooking the beautiful Horsehead Lake in Clarksville, Arkansas. The day was graced with that falltime sunshine, adding magical golden yellow lighting to the entire experience and allowing us to capture those beautiful sun-kissed portraits – my absolute favorite!! 😍

The ceremony resonated with a beautiful display of spirituality, as Leah and Michael centered their union around their faith in God. It was evident that their commitment to each other was intertwined with their shared pursuit of God's will in their lives, making the occasion not just a union of two souls but a sweet picture of the love of Christ 💛

One highlight of Leah and Michael's day, one of the sweetest things I have ever seen on a wedding day, was their super sweet first dance. To the tune of "Keeper of the Stars" by Tracy Byrd, Leah and Michael swayed in each other's arms, and by the end of their dance, they had all their little nieces and nephews joyfully joining in! It was just so cute!!

As the day unfolded, the festivities concluded with an adventure of heading down the hill to the lake. Leah and Michael, still adorned in their wedding attire, hopped into a canoe and headed into the middle of the lake. It was so fun, as I got to do this same thing with my previous Horsehead Lake Lodge wedding.

In capturing the essence of Leah and Michael's wedding, I couldn't help but marvel at the unique moments that unfolded against the picturesque backdrop of Horsehead Lake Lodge. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and the love of Christ – a perfect reflection of the couple's vibrant and genuine connection.
