A Wedding at Ramage Farms: Abby and Blake's Special Day
As a wedding photographer, I've seen my fair share of beautiful ceremonies, but Abby and Blake's wedding at Ramage Farms in Hooks, Texas, was truly something special. Just a stone's throw from Texarkana, this venue offered the perfect backdrop for their special day!
From the moment I arrived, I was so impressed by the thoughtful layout of the venue. The bridal suite upstairs was a photographer's dream, with the lights set up to shine on all the places where you photograph key moments. But the real magic happened when Abby descended the stairs for the ceremony – talk about a princess moment!
One of the most touching parts of the day was witnessing the first looks. Abby shared a heartwarming moment with her dad, then came Blake's turn, and let me tell you, he was absolutely awestruck. Seeing him tear up at the sight of his beautiful bride – that's the stuff that makes my job so rewarding!
The ceremony itself was sweet and simply beautiful, followed by some fun-filled bride and groom portraits on the grounds of Ramage Farms.
When it came to the reception, I loved how Abby and Blake went around to visit and hug all their guests. The taco bar was so delicious, and let's not forget the cake – mouthwatering goodness from Sugar Mill Bakery and Events in New Boston, Texas. I love tradition, and this wedding was full of it! From the cake cutting to the first dances, it was such a joy and a pleasure to get to collect and save all these memories for Abby and Blake!
As the evening drew to a close, we sent the happy couple off in style with my favorite type of exit – bubbles! It was the perfect ending to a perfect day.
